摘要
某四层建筑物由于地基淤泥土层分布不均匀 ,使用过程中发现向北侧倾斜 12‰。和上部结构开裂等现象 ,由此成为严重危房。经过方案优选 ,决定采用地基应力解除法对此危房纠偏 ,实施后效果良好。本文将通过该工程实例 ,阐述地基应力解除法纠偏设计施工应注意的问题。
The subgrade of a four story building is seated on uneven strata of silty soil.The building was found inclined and cracks appeared in the structure. Stress relief method was adopted for relification and its result was satisfied .In this paper,also some problems should be noticed are discussed.
