摘要
"工学结合"是高职教育实现人才培养目标的重要途径之一,实验、实训、实习是培养和提高学生职业能力的三个关键环节。文章阐述了分析化学实验实训教学中为加强学生职业能力的培养,如何改革课程体系设置,以职业需要为核心组织教学内容,编排项目化、模块化的实践课程结构,实施"工学结合"的教学模式,改革教学方法和手段,完善考核方式,强化学生的职业岗位技能。
"Combining learning with working"is one of the major approach to realize the target of talent cultivation in Higher Vocational Education. Experiment, training and practicing are three key links to train and improve student's vocational ability. This text expatiates how to reform the emplacement of courses system, organize teaching contents at the core of vocational ability, design practice course with modularized teaching and itemized teaching, implement"Combining learning with working"teaching model, reform teaching methods and means, and perfect the test modes to strengthen students' occupational skills in analytical chemistry experiment-teaching.
