ghrelin抗炎作用机制的研究进展

摘要 生长素释放肽(ghrelin)参与了调节垂体生长激素的释放、调节能量代谢、保护心血管、调节炎症反应等多种生物学功能,其中抗炎作用机制与免疫调节、植物神经功能、晚期重要炎症因子高迁移率蛋白B1、核因子κB及核苷酸结合寡聚域2/受体相互作用蛋白2等信号传导通路有关。本文就近年来ghrelin在炎症反应中的作用机制研究进行综述。 Growth hormone releasing pepride (ghrelin) is participated in many kinds of biological function, including the adjustion of pituitary growth hormone, energy metabolism, cardiovascular protective effection, anti-inflammatory response and so on. The mechanism of anti-inflammatory is related with immune adjustment,plant nerve function adjustment, late important inflammatory factor mobility of high protein B1, multiple signaling pathways such as nuclear factor-κB, nucleotide binding oligomeric domain 2/receptor interacting protein 2. The mechanism of ghrelin in the inflammatory reaction is summarized in this paper.
