摘要
借助S.Krause理论对1,2-PBR/BR和1,2-PBR/SBR两种共混物的相容性进行了预测;通过粘度方法分析了聚合物(2)-聚合物(3)-溶剂(1)三元体系中两聚合物间的相互作用,从而进一步研究了两种共混体系的相容性;并用溶液浇铸涂膜透射电镜(TEM)照片和相差显微镜照片进行了观察比较。结果表明,两种共混体系均为热力学不相容体系,共混相容性以1,2-PBR/BR较好,1,2-PBR/SBR次之。而且当BR含量为30%,SBR含量稍低于50%时,两共混体系均出现互为连续的相转变结构。
In this paper, the systems 1,2-PBR/BR and 1,2-PBR/SBR blend were considered immiscible as investigated by S.Krause's theory. By the analysis of TEM photographes, the blend systems were of phase reversoon structure when the content of BR and SBR is about 30% and 50%, respectively. The blend systems were studied by the viscometry. The results were compared with those oi TEM and phase contrast microscopic studies. It is found that the compatibility between the two polymers in the polymer (2)-polymer (3)-solvent (1) system can be characterized by the differences 623 and m.
