新形势下塑料加工业迈入“三上”转型

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,塑料加工业实现了历史性的跨越发展,实现了从以消费品为主快速进入生产资料领域的重要转型,现正进入上质量、上水平、上档次的转型升级发展新阶段,在新发展阶段,我国的塑料加工业面临着新的形势。
