世界经济的发展历史和现实表明,生产要素国际流动是当代世界经济的本质特征。只有从生产要素国际流动的基本原理出发,才能更深刻地认识当代世界经济的运行机制。本文揭示了生产要素国际流动的基本规律,阐明了经济要素和全球化经济要素决定生产要素国际流动的原理,指出了跨国公司追求更高收益是生产要素国际流动的动因,论述了生产要素国际流动导致流入国的生产要素供给结构改变和闲置生产要素投入增加的效应,试图为认识和理解当代世界经济运行提供一个新的理论分析框架。

The history and the reality of the world economy have shown that the international mobility of production factors is the essential feature of the world economy. Only based on the principle of the international mobility of factors can we understand the mechanism of the world economy. This study reveals the law of the international mobility of factors,clarifies how the mobility of factors of production is decided by the economic factors and the globalized economic factors,points out that the motivation of factor mobility is TNCs' seeking higher income,and expounds that the factor mobility changes the supply structure of factors and increases the input of idle factors in inflow countries. The study provides a new theoretical framework to understand the operating mechanism of contemporary world economy.
