人水关系博弈均衡研究方法及应用

Study on Game Equilibrium of Human-Water Relationship and Its Application

针对人水关系的博弈本质,利用博弈均衡概念建立人水关系博弈均衡模型,剖析了合作博弈与非合作博弈均衡模型的区别,并结合实例研究给出了人水关系的博弈均衡解。对比分析表明,博弈均衡由人文系统和水系统的净收益共同决定,在一定时空条件下人水系统的整体收益达到最大时才能达到博弈均衡,博弈均衡模型在一定程度上反映了实际水资源利用状况,为解决人水关系矛盾和区域水资源高效利用提供了新的思路和方法。

In this paper, the game essence of the human water relationship is deeply analyzed and the game equilibri- um model is established by using equilibrium concept of game theory. And then the difference between the model of coop- erative game and non-cooperative game is analyzed systematically. Finally, the equilibrium solution of game between peo- ple and water is obtained in a case area. Comparing the analysis shows that the game equilibrium is decided by the net profit of human-water system; under certain constraints, the condition of equilibrium is reached when the net benefit of the overall system is great as much as possible. The game equilibrium model can reflect the actual utilization of water re- sources in a certain extent. This study provides a new method for solving the human-water conflict and the efficient utili zation of region water resources.
