摘要 为了解决当前中小水利水电工程施工质量评价方法中存在的样本数量少和评价指标范围小等问题,以中小水利堤防加固工程施工质量评价为例,采用模糊集理论和方法,建立了堤防加固工程施工质量模糊评价模型和评价矩阵,通过多级层次模糊评价计算,使用隶属函数进行质量等级模糊识别,以准确的量化评价结果替代了以往靠主观和经验确定的质量评价结果,表明了模糊综合评价法可较好地应用于中小水利水电工程施工质量评价中。 When construction quality of current medium and small water conservancy and hydropower engineering is evaluated, the number of evaluating samples is too small and the evaluating index ranges too small. In order to solve this problem, fuzzy theory and method is used to establish comprehensive evaluation model and evaluation matrix. Taking medium and small water conservancy dike reinforcement project construction as an example, through muhi-level hierarchy fuzzy evaluation calculation, membership function is applied to identify the fuzzy quality grade. Quantitative evaluation re sults in an accurate alternative instead of using subiective experience to determine the results o{ the quality evaluation in the past. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be better used to medium and small water conservancy and hydro power project construction quality evaluation.
