摘要
针对平面闸门在正常启闭过程中启门力和闭门力计算的复杂性和不确定性,以某水电站主底孔高水头平面钢闸门为例,综合考虑了摩擦力、门顶水压力、底缘顶托力、下吸力对启闭力的影响,闸门与闸墙间的水封接触采用constraint-function算法,利用有限元软件ADINA对不同闸门开度下的启闭门进行数值模拟,并与物理模型试验结果进行比较。结果表明,数值计算结果与物理模型试验结果虽存在一定的误差,但最大启闭力结果相近,可为闸门启闭机的选型设计提供参考。
The calculation of the force during plane gate opening and closing process is rather complex and uncertain. Taking a high head plane gate of certain hydropower station for an example, three dimensional finite element contact anal ysis model based on ADINA was established to solve this problem. The change of friction force and reduction of the verti cal dynamic water pressure under different opening conditions was considered. Constraint-function algorithm was applied to calculate the contact problem between steel gates and lock wall in this model. The research shows that there are differ ences between numerical calculation results and physical model test; but the maximum of the opening and closing force were similar, which proved that the numerical calculation method could provide references for selection design of gate hoist.
