摘要 鉴于高水头闸门水封的接触状态直接影响闸门的正常运行,根据钢闸门水封接触分析理论,建立了某水电站主底孔高水头平面钢闸门、水封和闸墙支承整体三维有限元模型,基于constraint-function接触算法,采用有限元软件ADINA对该闸门关门挡水和启闭过程中水封接触问题进行了有限元计算分析,获得了不同闸门开度下水封的接触应力、接触状态等变化规律及高水头平面钢闸门水封封水性能,为实际工程设计提供了参考依据。 The contact status of water seal in high head plane steel gate would directly affect its normal operation. Three dimensional finite element model consisted of steel gate, water seal and lock wall was established based on contact theory and method of water seal. The contact status of water seal in different process was analyzed respectively by FEM with constraint function algorithm of ADINA. Furthermore, the change rule of contact stress and status in different oper ation conditions was investigated. Besides, the property of the water seal in high head plane steel gate was discussed. The results provide the references for engineering design.
