摘要
本文采用燃烧法制备YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉。用正交试验法设计实验,确定最佳的制备工艺条件。研究结果发现,最佳的燃烧剂为乙二醇,最佳的燃烧剂与硝酸铝的比例为1/0.6(质量比),最佳加热温度为950℃,最佳的铈离子掺杂为0.06 mol,最佳燃烧时间为2.5h。在上述条件下,合成的YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉发光效果最好。
In this paper, YAG : Ce3+ phosphors were prepared by low temperature combustion method. The experiments were designed with orthogonal test, to explore the influence of five important factors, i.e. combustion agent,Wcombustion agent/WAl(NO), the amount of doping Ce3+, combustion temperature and combustion time, on the ligh- emitting intensity of YAG : Ce3+ phosphors prepared,and to determine the best preparation conditions for YAG : Ce3+ phosphors. The research results have shown that the influence of five factors on light-emitting intensity of YAG : Ce3+ phosphors have following order, combustion agent 〉 combustion time 〉 combustion temperature 〉 the amount of doping Ce3+〉Wcombustion agent/WAl(NO)3· The best conditions for the preparation of YAG : Ce3+ phosphors are ethylene glycol as combustion agent, Wcornbustion agent/WAl(NO3)3 =1/0.6, the amount of doping Ce3+ 0.06 tool, combustion temperature 950 V and combustion time 2.5 h. Under these conditions, the light-emitting intensity of YAG : Ce3+ phosphors prepared is the largest.
