摘要
首次在简单的制样条件下,利用TEM清晰地观察到甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-甲基丙烯酸(MA)共聚物平面取向后的超分子结构。TEM的研究结果表明MMA-MA共聚物平面取向后的超分子结构呈蜂窝状,大小分布不均;在拉伸度为62%时,大的约为10000(?),小的约为1000 (?),分子束直径约为500 (?),分子索长度约为8000 (?)。 作者连一步在其热松弛温度条件下研究了MMA-MA共聚物平面取向后的超分子结构和取向度随热松弛时间的变化过程。结果表明这种变化过程呈现一定的规律性且两者之间具有很好的一致性。
The supermolecular structure of plane-oriented Methyl Metharcylate (MMA)-Math-acrylate (MA) copolymer has been studied by TEM. It is the first time to observe clearly the supermolecular structure of plane-oriented MMA-MA copolymer. The results show that the supermolecular structure of planeoriented MMA-MA copolymer appears hoeneycomb structure with different sizes. When the degree of orientation is 62%, the largest hoene-ycomb is about 104A.The smallest hoeneycomb is about 103 A. The diameter of molecularbundle is about 500 A and the length of molecular bundle is about 8000A. The supermolecular structure and the degree of orientation of plane-oriented MMA-MA copolymer vary regularly with thermal annealing.
