摘要
文章提出一种在智能电网用户端对电网中各电参量进行高精度测试和电能质量监测及电网谐波的产生、危害、治理的方法研究。该监测、治理系统作为分析、控制和治理为一体的全自动闭环系统,同时系统将采集和处理后的数据实时传输给控制中心以作相应处理。文中还提出一种针对高频高次谐波(超高次谐波)的危害及治理方法。
One method for accurately measuring power parameters and monitoring the power quality at customer ter- minals of the smart grid is proposed in this paper. In addition, the method studies the generation, harmfulness and con- trol on harmonics. As a full automatic closed-loop system integrated with analyzing, controlling and governing, this sys- tem collects and processes the data and then transmits them to the control center to process in time. Besides, this paper also gives a method for processing the high frequency and high harmonics waves.
