基于单片机的便携式条形码采集装置设计

Design of Portable Bar-code Scanning Device Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

现有的条形码扫描器通常和PC机连接使用,体积大,功耗高,不适合便携式条码采集的应用场合。针对该问题,提出一种便携式条形码采集装置的应用方案,装置以单片机和微型条形码采集模块为核心,以Micro SD卡为存储介质,可实现条形码数据的采集和存储功能。该装置具有体积小、功耗低等优点,可在便携式条形码采集应用场合推广和使用。

The current bar code scanners are usually used with connection to the computer. Its large size and high power consumption are not suitable for portable bar code applications. Aiming at this problem, the application of a porta- ble bar code acquisition device is put forward, which uses single chip microcomputer and miniature bar code acquisition module as the core and the Micro SD card as storage medium. It can achieve the function of bar code data acquisition and storage. The device has advantages of small volume and low power consumption. It can be popularized and suitable for the portable bar code acquisition applications.
