龙藤筋骨片对小鼠肝肾功能影响的实验研究

Experimental study of tablet Longtengjingu tablets on hepatic and renal function of mice

目的观察龙藤筋骨片对小鼠肝肾功能的影响。方法通过灌胃给小鼠l d内最大质量浓度及最大体积的药量,连续用药40 d,观察动物一般行为、进食量变化、体质量变化及肝、肾脏体比和肝肾功能改变。结果龙藤筋骨片用药后,除小鼠进食量减少、精神较差外,龙藤筋骨片对血清TP、ALB、AST、ALT、UA、BUN、Cr未见明显影响。结论龙藤筋骨片在较大剂量连续用药后对小鼠肝肾功能未见明显影响。

Objective To study the influence of Longtengjingu tablets on hepatorenal function of mice. Methods The mice were fed with the maximum concentration and the maximum volume longtengjingu tablet, and were fed for 40 days. During the experimental period, these mice were kept under close observation on the general behavior, the quality of taken food, body weight, liver index, kidney index and the changes of liver and renal function. Results Following feeding with longtengjingu tablets, all the experimental animals showed reduced diet, poorer mind. No significant effects were seen on the serum levels of TP, ALB, AST, ALT, UA, BUN and Cr. Conclusion Longtengjingu tablet has no significant effects on hepatorenal function when used in a higher dosage for a continuous period of time.
