摘要
目的观察全身智能康复系统对脑卒中平衡障碍训练的疗效。方法将40例脑卒中住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均给予常规康复训练,观察组增加全身智能康复系统治疗。采用Berg平衡量表及Fugl-Meyer平衡量表进行疗效评定。结果实施全身智能康复系统治疗后,观察组患者平衡功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全身智能康复系统能加速和增强平衡功能的恢复,提高患者平衡能力。
Objective To observe the curative effect of whole-body intelligent rehabilitation system on post-stroke disequilibrium training. Methods 40 hospitalized patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups of patients were given conventional rehabilitation training, while the observation group had additional whole-body intelligent rehabilitation system training.The Berg Balance Scale and Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale were adopted to evaluate the curative effect differences between the two groups. Results Atter whole-body intelligent rehabilitation system training, the equilibrium functional parameters in the the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion whole-body intelligent rehabilitation system can accelerate and strengthen the recovery of equilibrium function, and thus increase the balancing capacity.
