Clinical observation on three- character- school infantile massage with moving cupping to treat infant recurrent cough

目的观察推拿配合走罐治疗小儿反复咳嗽临床疗效。方法选患儿80例,随机分为中医治疗组和西医对照组,治疗组给予推拿走罐;对照组给予药物口服。观察患儿咳嗽及咳喘改善情况,对临床疗效和血清免疫球蛋白IgA进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。走罐前后患儿血清免疫球蛋白IgA水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿配合走罐对小儿反复咳嗽具有显著疗效,该疗法安全简便,价格低廉,为临床治疗提供了行之有效的方法。

Objective To observe Massage with moving cupping therapy in children with recurrent cough clinical efficacy. The method selected children, 80 cases were randomly divided into TCM treatment group and Western medicine control group, the treatment group received massage walk cans; control group was given the drug orally. Observed in children with cough and cough to improve the situation, and to compare the clinical efficacy and serum immunoglobulin IgA. The results of the treatment group was significantly higher efficiency, the two groups have a significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Before and after walking cans of serum immunoglobulin IgA levels were significantly increased （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion pediatric massage with walking tank has a significant effect, the therapy is safe and easy, inexpensive, and provides an effective method for the clinical treatment of children with recurrent cough.
