摘要
图书馆流通业务外包是近年来逐渐引起学界关注的问题。现有研究更多关注流通业务外包的概念内涵、必要性等问题,忽视了对流通业务外包的质量控制研究。文章通过对流通业务外包实践中存在问题的分析,指出应从严格招投标程序、加强过程控制、同外包公司密切沟通、建立读者服务评价反馈体系等方面,加强对图书馆流通业务外包的质量控制。
The catalog work of books on the basis of contract with book distributors purchase by libraries has recently been aroused concern among the library circle. The researchers on the contract pay more attention to the connotation, necessity of contracts, but neglect the quality control of books. Through the concrete analysis of the existing problems, the author of this article holds that libraries should strengthen the work of quality control by adopting the following measures: to strictly control the process of inviting tenders, to harness the communication channels with the book distributors, and to establish the assessment system of readers' feedback, etc..
