摘要
通过复合丙烯酸聚硅氧烷(AS)、丙烯酸聚氨酯(AU)和丙烯酸环氧(AE)等光敏预聚物,制得两种新型的UV-固化光纤涂料WF-101单层涂覆材料和WF-102内层预涂覆材料,在光纤生产中应用后获得满意的结果。
Two sorts of UV-cured coatings for optical newly developed fibers, WF-101 single coating and WF-102 inner primary coating materials, were prepared by compositing various photosensitive prepolymeres including acrylic polysiloxane (AS) , acrylic polyurethane(AU) and acrylic epoxide (AE) , etc. They were used for optical fiber fabrication and the satisfactory results have been abtained.
