摘要
本文在与现有蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土相近的原料配方及工艺条件下 ,通过以下措施 :①添加复合发泡剂 ,改善加气混凝土制品的孔结构 ;②添加粉煤灰活性激发剂 ,大幅度加快粉煤灰与氢氧化钙的反应速度 ;在 55~ 10 0℃养护 7~ 1d ,使制品的强度及密度指标达到GB/T11968—1997的要求。
With the similar material recipe and technological conditions of the present autoclaved fly ash aerated concrete,the strength and density indices of this product can reach the requirements in GB/T 11968 1997 by adding compound foaming agent to improve the pore structure of the aerated concrete product,by adding fly ash activator to greatly accelerate the reaction of fly ash and calcium hydroxide and curing the product at temperature between 55-100℃ for 7 to 1 days.
