摘要 针对农产品特征,归纳出目前农产品供应链的4种主要模式:以批发市场为主导、以大型零售商为主导、以农产品加工企业为主导、以专业合作组织(或龙头企业)为主导。借鉴国外农产品供应链模式的先进经验,从有机食品的现状和发展前景出发,基于有机食品的消费动机和国内外有机食品的营销渠道比较分析,构建基于有机食品视角的3种供应链管理模式:以有机食品生产企业为主导的模式、以大型零售商为主导的模式、以有机食品加工企业为主导的模式。 According to characteristics of agricultural products, 4 main modes of agricultural products supply chain can be summed up: dominated by wholesale market, dominated by large retailers, dominated by agricultural products processing enterprises, dominated by professional cooperation organization and so on. Learning from the advanced experience of foreign agricultural products supply chain mode, in view of the current situation and development prospect of organic food, based on organic food consumption motivation and the comparative analysis on domestic and international marketing channel of organic food, there are 3 supply chain management modes can be structured : dominated by organic food production enterprises, dominated by large retailers, dominated by the organic food processing enterprises.
