焊接技术与聚氯乙烯薄膜塑化度的关系

RELATION BETWEEN WELDING TECHNOLOGY AND THE DEGREE OF PLASTICIZATION IN THE PVC FILMS

摘要 聚氯乙烯组分和薄膜厚度的改变将使焊接点最大强度和热合参数发生变化,并且可用方程来进行说明。本文用不同量的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)进行实验,结果表明:焊接参数与具有不同塑化度的高频热合聚氯乙烯薄膜的最大接缝强度相对应。 Relationship between the welding technology and the plasticizing rate of PVC films. The maximum welding strengh and the hot sealing parameters of PVC films, varied with the componets and thickness of the films, which was expressed by the equations. From the experiments with various amounts of DOP it has been condusively found that the welding parameters are closely related to the maximum welding strengh of PVC films with differens plasticizing rates when high frequency hot sealing is conducted.
