随着科学技术的快速发展,转基因食品的生产日益增多。虽然解决了传统农业产品当中存在的一些问题,但也面临着诸多质疑,主要是对安全性的担忧。实际上,转基因食品的生产在国外早就开始了。那么,国外是如何解决这个问题的,对于转基因食品的生产又有哪些法律?探讨国外关于农村转基因食品生产的法律制度,并为中国农村转基因食品生产的立法提供一些相关的建议。

More and more genetically modified food has been produced in rural areas with rapid development of science and technology. Although it has solved several problems in traditional agriculture, it also faces many questions and the main question is that people worry about its safety. In fact, people early began to produce genetically modified food in foreign countries. Then how they solved the problems and which laws they made about the safety of GM food? This paper discussed the legal system about GM food production in foreign countries and offered some proposals for the legislation of GM food production in China.
