摘要
通过引入单因子评价法、膳食暴露评估模型,结合辣椒食用人群的辣椒消费量和体重信息,对食用辣椒中镉的健康风险进行了评估,结果表明食用遵义县三岔镇辣椒,受镉毒性影响不大。
By introducing the single factor evaluation method and dietary exposure assessment model, combined with the quantity of pepper consumption and the weight information of consumption crowd, the dietary risk of cadmi- um in peppers was evaluated. The results showed that the risk of cadmium toxicity in pepper produced from Sancha Town of Zunyi County was acceptable.
