稀土氧化物填充聚丙烯复合材料的研究 被引量:9

摘要 用差示扫描量热法对加入了不同种类稀土氧化物的聚丙烯复合材料进行了研究。用热失重仪和热机械分析仪测试了这些材料的热失重温度和软化点。用X射终衍射仪测定了B晶含量。并测定了抗张强度、杨氏模量和冲击强度等力学性能。 A Study has been made on the DSC, WAXD, TMA, TG and mechanical tests of polypropylene filled with rare-earth oxides, viz., La2O3 Nd2O3 and Y2O3. It was found that the crystallization temperature of the composite increases with increasing the content of the rare-earth oxide, but the melting temperature remains almost invariant.The relative proportions of p-form in the specimens were measured with WAXD by an empirical ratio K.The K value obtained increases with increasing content of the rare-earth oxides. The tensile strength of the composite decreases as the amount of rare-earth oxides increases, while the impact strength keeps nearly constant.
