江华县林地保护利用现状与对策

The status and countermeasures of forest land protection and utilization of Jianghua County

简述了江华瑶族自治县林地保护利用现状,分析了林地保护利用中林地供需矛盾突出、森林生态功能低下、经营管理粗放、自然灾害频繁导致的森林资源受损等问题,提出了严格保护林地、确保林地规模适度增长、优化林地结构布局、深化集体林权制度改革等对策。

The protection and utilization status of forestland in Jianghua County was briefly introduced in this article. We analyzed the forest resources damage from a series of causes as obvious imbalance between supply and demand, hypofunc- tion in forest biology, extensive management and frequent natural disasters in the process of forestland protection and utili- zation. Positive countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of rigid forestland protection, maintaining proper land scale growth, optimizing land structure and distribution and deepening the reform of collective forest right system.
