摘要
根据咪唑烷在热水中溶解度的特性,结合工业生产上常用的结晶方法,研究出了咪唑烷溶液在77.9~72.1℃温度区间内,能够保持在介稳区,从而使晶体逐步长大。实验结果表明,在该区域内。把结晶的降温速率控制在5.8℃/h,可以得到含量及外观均理想的咪唑烷晶体。
According to the dissolution property of 2-Nitroaminoimidazoline in hot water, combining with some crystallization methods commonly used in industry, research data showed that 77.9-72.1 ℃ temperature range of solution is the metastable zone, crystal can grow up gradually in the zone. The experimental results also showed that, in this region, if the cooling rate of crystal is controlled at 5.8 ℃/h, the content and appearance of 2-Nitroaminoimidazoline crystal will be ideal.
