摘要
阐述了年产26万吨丙烯腈生产中硫铵浓缩单元一效与二效换热工艺的差别,特别是对二者的蒸汽和循环冷却水消耗量做了比较具体的对比研究,为工业装置工艺比选提供了能耗依据。对强制热循环与热虹吸的换热方式进行了比较分析,提出了采用热虹吸换热的构想以及尚需解决的一些工程问题。解释了在循环液蒸发器上部出口与硫铵液分离罐之间添加一块降压孔板对工艺节能的贡献。
The difference of the single-effect and second-effect heat exchange process in the ammonium sulfate concentrate unit of 260,000 t/a acrylonitrile production was stated, especially the steam and circulating cooling water consumption comparative study of the two processes was made in this paper, it can provide some evidence for the industrial device process selection. Compared and analysis forced heat cycle and thermosyphon heat exchange, proposed the advice of thermosyphon heat exchange and some problcms need to settle. Explained the contribution use of the decompression orifice plate, which was installed between the upper outlet of the circulating evaporator and ammonium sulfate solution separator, to the process energy conservation.
