摘要
现时环评单位对建设项目进行环境影响评价时经常出现一些问题,使建设项目从环境监测技术可行性方面已经无法对其进行环保验收。本文从建设单位的角度出发,对建设项目在进行环境影响评价时提出几点注意事项,使建设项目从环境监测技术可行性上顺利通过环保验收、实现排污许可证年审。
Current eia units making the environmental impact assessment of construction projects often appear some problems, the construction project from the aspects of environmental monitoring technical feasibility has been unable to carries on the environmental protection acceptance. In this paper, from the perspective of the construction unit, in environmental impact assessment of construction project put forward some matters needing attention, to make construction project smoothly through the acceptance of environmental protection from environmental monitoring technical feasibility, implementation discharge permit inspection.
