二维及彩色多普勒超声对乳腺浸润型导管癌诊断分析

Analysis of Diagnosis of Infiltrating Ductal Breast Cancer by Two-dimensional and Color Doppler Ultrasonography

目的对乳腺浸润型导管癌超声像图特征进行分析,探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断浸润型导管癌的价值。方法对25例乳腺浸润型导管癌的患者二维和彩色多普勒图像进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺癌声像图特征:腺体内实性低回声占位,形态不规则,内可见沙砾样微钙化,彩色多普勒有血流信号,阻力增高。定性诊断正确率为81%。结论二维超声结合彩色多普勒对诊断乳腺浸润型导管癌具有重要价值。

Objective To analysis the ultrasound image feature of infiltrating ductal breast cancer, investigate the value of two-dimensional and color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of it. Methods 25 patients with two- dimensional and color doppler images on infiltrating ductal breast cancer were reviewed. Results The ultrasonic characteristics of breast cancer were glands within the solid hypoechoic mass, irregular shape, and microcalcification like gravel. It has blood flow signal and increased resistance. The correct rate of qualitative diagnosis was 81%. Conclusion Ultrasonography combined with color doppler has important value in diagnosis of infiltrating ductal breast cancer.
