摘要
本文对掺加矿物掺合料混凝土的力学性能、流动性能及胶结材的水化放热性能进行了研究。实验表明 ,双掺粉煤灰 +矿渣不仅明显改善了低水胶比混凝土的流动性 ,同时也弥补了大掺量粉煤灰早期强度偏低的缺陷 ,并且后期强度也不断增大 ,而且还显著地降低了胶结材浆体的水化热和最高温度 ,推迟达到最高温度的时间。利用这种作用 ,制备出了高强低热泵送混凝土 。
This paper studied the effect of minder admixtures on mechanical,fluidity and hydration exothemic performance.According to the results,double adding fly ash and slag not only greatly improved the fluidity of concrete mixture at low water binder,compensated the low early strength caused by high content fly ash,and the late strength also continuously increased,but also markedly reduced the hydration exothemic heat,highest temperature,and postponed the arrival time of the highest temperature.In this way,high strength low heat pump concrete was prepared and applied to engineering practice successfully. 〔
