摘要
中小物流企业数量众多、竞争激烈、发展困难,因此培育和提升核心竞争力尤为迫切。文章首先对常州地区中小物流企业的竞争环境进行了调研,对中小物流企业的生存现状、竞争环境进行系统分析,阐述了竞争策略研究的必要性。进而提出了实施基于资源整合与差异化的竞争策略。将客户、渠道、信息等资源进行整合,建立动态联盟。结合企业文化建设,培育核心竞争力。通过定位差异化、服务差异化等措施,实施差异化战略,适应市场竞争的需要,提升核心竞争力。
There are so many small and medium-sized trans- portation companies that they face grave competition and diffi- culties in achieving growth. Thus, it is imperative for them to improve core competencies. In this paper, we first investigate the competitive environment of small and medium-sized trans- portation companies in Changzhou, systematically analyze their present situation and competitive environment, and specify the needs for competition strategy research. Then, we propose the resource integration and differentiation based competition strategies. We can build the dynamic alliance hy integrating resources ineluding customers, channels and information, and improve core competencies along with the creation of corpo- rate culture. Measures that highlight difference in targeting and service delivery can be taken to implement the differenti- ation strategy, adapt to market completion and to improve core competencies.
