摘要
以"顾客价值"为切入点,结合我国第三方物流企业特征和行业环境,对我国第三方物流企业的核心竞争力进行分析,提出了第三方物流企业的五个主要核心竞争力。并根据以上分析构建了第三方物流企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,通过模糊综合模型对其进行综合评价。文章最后对A第三方物流公司进行实证分析,在验证该方法可行性的同时,希望通过评价结果使企业认清自身的竞争能力,找到缺点与不足,为企业不断提高自身的服务水平奠定基础。
Combining the feature of third party logistics enter- prise and industry environment, the paper analysis of the corecompetence of the third party perspective of customer value, competence of the third party logistics enterprises from the and present five main core logistics enterprises. Construct the evaluation index system of the core competence of the third party logistics enterprises, and evaluate the core compe- tence through fuzzy comprehensive model. Finally, this paper carries on the empirical analysis of a third party logistics en- terprises to verify tile feasibility of the method, meanwhile, third party logistics enterprises are hoped to recognize their own competitive abilities, find the disadvantages and shortcom- ings from the evaluation resuhs, which can lay the foundation for enterprises to continuously improve their level of service.
