绿色物流既是改善环境的关键与经济可持续发展的最优选择,还是企业获得竞争优势的重要途径。基于绿色物流的绿色包装是一个内涵及其丰富的概念,需从绿色包装的最终目标、行为主体、主要表现三个方面明确其的内涵。绿色包装既有企业的绿色包装活动,又有社会对绿色包装活动的管理、规范及控制行为,需要从社会和企业双方面路径探讨实施和发展绿色包装。

Geen logistics is not only the key to improving the environment and the optimal choice for the economic sustainable development, but also the important method to gain the competitive advantage. Green packaging based on greed logistics is a con- cept full of rich connotation. We need to clarify green logistics＂ contation from it＇s the ultimate goal, the green packaging be- haviour subject and main performance. Green packaging contains green packaging activities of enterprises and the social manage- ment, regulation and control behaviour. It is necessary for us to explore the implementation and developing of green logistics from the society and the enterprise.
