论健美操课程应用“讲解-示范”法的教学艺术 被引量:1

摘要 随着健美操教学改革的日新月异,讲解示范法的运用也面临着常教常新的新发展。在对健美操课程教法的应用进行实践研究的基础上,提出了讲解示范法应用的"三个调控"原则,力求能够针对不同的教学对象、教学内容和教学情境,合"时"、合"景"地巧用讲解示范法,体现教学方法的艺术性,提高健美操课程教学质量和效果,同时也希望可以为一线的健美操教师提供参考。 With the rapid change of aerobics teaching, the old method of explanation--demonstration also faces new development of update with teaching. On the basis of practice and research on the application of aerobic course teaching method, it proposes three aims and three regulations principle applied in explanation and demonstration method, aims to skillfully use the explanation--demonstration method in right time and right situation based on different teaching obiects, contents and situations, which can also present the art of teaching method improve the teaching quality and effect of aerobics course and hope to provide some references to the frontline teachers at the same time.
