高效液相色谱法测定安神补脑片中淫羊藿苷含量

Determination of Icariin in Anshenbunao Tablets by HPLC

目的建立测定安神补脑片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65),流速为0.7 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为30℃。结果淫羊藿苷质量浓度在5.03~50.3μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.97%,RSD=1.44%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、简便、准确,重现性好,线性关系良好,可作为测定安神补脑片中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for the determination of icariin in Anshen- bunao Tablets. Methods The HPLC analysis was carried out on the Kromasil Cls column（250 minx4.6 mm, 5 Ixm） with acetonitrile- water（35 ： 65） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0. 7 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ~C. Results The mass concentration of icariin in the range of 5.03 - 50.3 p^g/mL showed the good linear relation with the peak area（ r = 0. 999 8）, the average recovery rate of icariin was 98.97%, RSD = 1.44% （ n = 6）. Conclusion This method is sensitive, simple and accurate with good repeatability and good linearity, which can be used as the content determination method of icariin in Anshenbunao Tablets.
