80岁以上老年冠心病患者他汀类药物依从性分析

Compliance of Statins in Elderly Patients Aged over 80 Years with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析80岁以上老年冠心病患者他汀类药物依从性的现状、影响因素,探讨解决办法。方法回顾性分析2006年12月至2011年12月医院诊断为冠心病的患者1 368例,1年后随访,参考Mofisky-Green(MG)测评表进行依从性评判,分为依从性好组和依从性差组,对其影响因素进行统计和分析。结果 1 368例患者中依从性好者1 067例(78.00%),依从性差者301例(22.00%)。两组患者的性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在文化程度、医疗费用、医患关系、发病次数、对冠心病及他汀类药物知识的了解、医生随诊、独居、固定陪护人员等方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 80岁以上老年冠心病患者他汀类药物治疗依从性差者,影响因素较多,应针对相关因素实施对策以提高服药依从性。

Objective To analyze the compliance situation of statins in elderly patients aged over 80 years with coronary heart disease and its influencing factors, and to find out its solution. Methods One thousand three hundred and sixty- eight patients aged over 80 years with coronary heart disease in our hospital from December 2006 to December 2011 were performed the retrospective analysis. The patients were followed up after 1 year and divided into the good compliance group and the poor compliance group according to the Mofisky-Green（MG） evaluation. The influencing factors were performed the statistical analysis. Results Among I 368 cases, 1 067 cases （78.00%） had the good compliance and 301 eases（22.00% ） had the poor compliance. The sex difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）. But the differences in the aspects of the educational level, medical costs, doctor-patient relation- ship, frequency of onset, understand about coronary heart disease and statins, doctor＇s follow-up, living alone and fixed nursing personnel between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The elderly patients aged over 80 years with coronary heart disease and poor medication compliance of statins have many influencing factors, therefore the countermeasures aiming at the correspond- ing factors should be implemented to increase the medication compliance.
