脾氨肽口服冻干粉预防小儿手足口病疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉预防手足口病的疗效及安全性。方法:将未患过手足口病且平时身体健康的在我院保健门诊就诊1~2岁儿童按自愿原则分成观察组198例和对照组285例。观察组给予脾氨肽口服冻干粉,每日1支,共4周;对照组未给予任何预防措施。同时按自愿原则分别于入选时、3个月时及发病时检测小儿血清IgG、IgA和IgM。比较两组手足口病的发生情况及不同时期血清免疫球蛋白的变化。结果:观察组有19例发病,发生率9.6%,对照组50例发病,发生率17.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);观察组血清IgG、IgA和IgM在3个月时均显著高于对照组;发病时两组手足口病患儿的IgG、IgA均显著低于发病前的水平,但IgM水平明显高于发病前水平;观察组发病时患儿的血清IgG、IgA和IgM水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组发病高峰在7月份,而对照组发病高峰在5月份。结论:脾氨肽可能通过提高小儿的体液免疫功能,在预防手足口病方面有一定作用。 Objective: To observe efficacy and safety of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder on prevention of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease (HFMD). Methods: Healthy children aged 1 to 2 years without HFMD in our healthcare clinic were divided into an observation group (198 cases) and a control group with HFMD (285 cases) according to the principle of voluntary agreement. The observation group received spleen aminopeptide oral solution once a day for 4 weeks; the control group was not given any preventive measures. According to the principle of voluntary agreement, IgG, IgA, and IgM of patients were detected when they were enrolled, in onset and enrolled for three months. The incidence of HFMD and the changes of serum immunoglobulin in different period between the two groups were compared. Results: There were 19 cases that had HFMD in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group. The morbidity was 9.6% and 17.5% , respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.01). Serum IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group after 3 months were significantly higher than those in the control group. IgG and IgA in the two groups at onset were significantly lower than those before onset, but IgM levels were significantly higher than those before onset. Serum IgG, IgA, and IgM levels in the observation group at onset were significantly higher than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant. The peak incidence of the observation group was July, while of the control group was May. Conclusions: Spleen aminopeptide oral solution may increase the humoral immune function in children, and have a certain effect in the prevention of foot and mouth disease.
