我院2012年门诊处方国家基本药物使用情况分析

Use of National Essential Drugs in Our Hospital in 2012

目的:了解我院门诊国家基本药物使用情况,进一步深化执行国家基本药物制度。方法:统计分析我院2012年门诊处方中国家基本药物的使用情况,从中随机抽查913张处方,按照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》进行处方点评,对无正当理由不首选国家基本药物的处方进行统计分析。结果:我院2012年门诊处方累计使用药品233 642条,金额2 239.08万元,其中国家基本药物处方累计使用药品124 140条(53.13%)、金额966.95万元(43.19%);无正当理由不首选国家基本药物的药品比例为23.71%,处方比例为38.44%。结论:我院门诊国家基本药物使用率偏低,存在无正当理由不首选国家基本药物等不合理用药情况,提示医院应采取有效干预措施,以提高国家基本药物的使用率。

Objective： To understand the use of national essential drugs in outpatients of our hospital, and to further deepen the implementation of national essential drug system. Methods： Nine hundred and thirteen outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in 2012 were randomly selected and reviewed. Prescriptions in which national essential drugs were not the first choice without justified reasons were analyzed. Results： The use rate of national essential drugs in outpatients of our hospital in 2012 was 53.13% , and the amount was 43.19%. The ratio of prescriptions in which national essential drugs were not the first choice without justified reasons was 38.44% and the ratio of first choice of none-national essential drugs without justified reasons was 23.71%. Conclusions： The use rate of essential drugs in outpatients of our hospital is low. Irrational drug use like national essential drugs were not the first choice without justified reasons was existed. The effective measures should be adopted to improve the use rate of essential drugs.
