摘要 综述了低碳时代有机化工原料/产品的新格局,介绍了能量利用的原理和系统优化方法。针对不断涌现的由煤、生物质或轻烃生产低碳燃料/化学品的新工艺、新装置反应/分馏过程温度低、传热性能好等特点,提出并阐明了采用降低工艺总用能和过程(?)损耗、多塔热集成以及采用循环热媒水系统利用邻近大型炼化企业中、低温余热等"温度对口、梯级利用"的科学用能方法,进行能量系统优化,可使系统能耗大幅降低。 The new feedstock prospect of organic chemical industry in the incoming low carbon era was reviewed. For continuingly emerged innovative processes from coal, biomass or light hydrocarbon to low molecule fuel/chemicals, with the features of low temperature reactors and fractionators, this paper presented and explained a systematic energy optimization method, which including reducing total energy consumption in the processes, lowering total exergy dissipation, heat integration among multi-fractionators, as well as utilizing low grade heat from nearby petrochemical plants by circulating hot water media. Using this method of "Use Energy Scientifically" could result in a great deal of energy conservation.
