摘要
文化的传承与创新作为大学的第四项职能,对高等教育建设提出了更高、更新的要求,同时丰富与发展了大学战略管理的内涵。大学文化能够调动大学的一切积极因素,推进大学战略的实施,成为战略管理的驱动力与重要支柱。大学文化对大学战略目标的实现从价值层面、制度层面、物质层面提供有效支持。
Cultural inheritance and innovation, as the fourth function of a university, put forward higher requirements for the development of higher education, and, at the same time, enriches and develops the connotation of the college strategic management. Furthermore, college culture promotes the implementation of the strategy of the college and that has become a driving force and pillar in the strategic management. The accomplishment of the strategic goal can get effective support from college culture on the aspect of value level, system level and material level. Therefore, college culture is the core competence of the college sustainable development.
