摘要
应用型本科院校教育质量标准有别于学术型高校教育质量标准,也不同于职业技术型院校教育质量标准。基于KPI(关键绩效指标)的视角,应用型本科院校的教育质量应着重看其是否满足了学生个体及区域社会经济发展需要的程度,应建立起"满足需求"导向的质量观。并在此质量观引领下,从定位适应度、条件保障度、产品贡献度、顾客满意度等四个维度构建其质量标准体系,以供同类院校参考和借鉴。
The quality standards for colleges of applied disciplines are different from those of research universities, and also different from those of occupational colleges. From the KPI (key performance indicators) perspective, the education quality of applied undergraduate mainly concerns developing the potentials of individual students and meeting the social and economic development requirements of its region. It is therefore necessary that such university should have a demand-oriented quality perception. With such a view of education quality, this paper proposes that universities and colleges of applied disciplines should establish quality standard systems with considerations of such aspects as orientation suitability, social conditions, graduates" social contribution, and employer satisfaction.
