摘要
通过对美国、新西兰、苏格兰三个国家(地区)在学校教育质量评价体系发展的纵向梳理,以及这三个国家(地区)最新学校教育质量评价体系的横向比较,可以发现学校教育质量评价体系具有一些共同的演进逻辑和发展趋势:评价指标体系的多层化、多维化以及侧重微观心理层面和教育过程的研究等。这些评价指标体系演进过程对我国构建学校教育质量评价体系具有重要的借鉴意义。
By longitudinally and horizontally comparing the development process of school quality evaluation indicators systems of USA, Scotland and New Zealand, we conclude that there are some common evolving logics and development trends among the four countries--the multi-level and multi-dimension construction of the indicator system, the school educational process-focused characteristic and psychological research perspective. These conclusions about the development of indicator system offer inspirations for the construction of school quality evaluation indicator system of China's compulsory education.
