碘海醇与碘帕醇对宝石CT冠状动脉血管成像的影响 被引量：6

摘要 随着CT机软硬件的不断更新和发展, 无创的多层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像检查技术在临床实践中得到广泛应用,已成为早期筛查和诊断冠心病的重要检查方法[1].在冠状动脉血管成像检查中,患者的呼吸、心率、身高、体质量,造影剂的浓度、剂量、注射的速度等,均可以影响图像的质量.而冠状动脉血管成像的图像质量直接影响冠心病的早期筛查和诊断.造影剂的浓度对冠状动脉血管成像的影响越来越重要[2].本研究旨通过应用宝石CT 在冠状动脉成像中的优势, 探讨不同造影剂对冠状动脉血管成像的影响,以达到合理使用造影剂的目的.
