系统性红斑狼疮合并非股骨头症状性缺血性骨坏死11例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 非股骨头症状性缺血性骨坏死（avascular necrosis,AVN）是系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE）常见合并症之一,也是SLE 患者致残的主要原因,报道中发生率为2.8%～40%[1], 发生的确切病因尚不清楚,大剂量糖皮质激素治疗是AVN 的肯定危险因素[2],但并不是唯一因素.现对本院SLE 合并非股骨头症状性AVN 患者进行临床资料归纳总结,以便早期诊断,合理治疗.
