慢性硬膜下血肿术后复发原因分析 被引量：6

摘要 慢性硬膜下血肿（chronic subdural hematoma,CSDH）是神经外科的常见病.钻孔冲洗引流是有效的手术方法,但仍有约3%～21.5%的患者术后会发生血肿复发[1].分析复发原因,预防、减少术后复发成为CSDH 手术治疗的关键[2].我科对2008 年1 月至2012 年12 月收治的慢性硬膜下血肿患者98例均采用钻孔引流术,术后发生复发6例,分析如下.
