针对中国矿业大学材料学院"能源材料大学生实践创新基地"的建设与运行过程,构建了能源材料大学生实践创新基地运行与管理新模式,建立健全了基地管理人员、仪器设备、实验室开放、实验项目、安全与环境卫生等各项规章制度,为学生提供良好的实验室实践环境,为培养能源材料方向学生的实践创新能力奠定了扎实的基础。

The paper discussed the management mode and the operating mechanism of the Energy Material Undergraduate Prac- tice Innovation Base in China University of Mining and Technology. The discussion is made from the following aspects,such as the rules and regulations for the manager, apparatus, the experimental projects, the security and environment of the Practice Innovation Base. The purpose of the study is to improve the practical ability of the college students.
