摘要
从四种参数——表面张力、接枝率、乳胶粒子形态和大小、聚合速率等研究发现,为维持不断增长的乳胶粒子的稳定性而又不生成新的乳胶粒,补加乳化剂的用量应控制在E/M_2<1.5%(wt%,E为补加乳化剂量,M_2为壳层单体量)以下。
Based on studies the four parameters--surfase tension,grafted degree, morphology and size of latex partical, polymerization rate, it is found that the emulsifier level added in the stage of seeded emulsion polymerization should be controlled E|M2 below 1.5% (wt%) to maintain the stability of growing latex particals and to depress the formation of new latex particals.
