摘要
目的 研究热休克蛋白27(HSP27)与前列腺癌的关系.方法 采用免疫组化检测75例前列腺癌和30例前列腺增生组织中HSP27的表达,分析其表达与前列腺癌分化、临床分期及转移之间的关系.结果 HSP27阳性率在良性前列腺增生中是23.3%(7/30),在前列腺癌中是65.3%(49/75),两者之间的表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);HSP27阳性率在Gleason评分为2~4、5~7、8~10分中分别是40.0%(10/25)、68.8%(22/32)、94.4%(17/18),HSP27阳性率在不同Gleason评分之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);HSP27表达还与临床TNM分期、淋巴结和远处转移有关(P<0.05).淋巴结转移性前列腺癌中HSP27阳性率为85.7%(24/28),高于无淋巴转移的51.1% (24/47);HSP27表达阳性率在有远处转移的前列腺癌中为93.8%(15/16),高于无淋巴转移的57.6% (34/59).结论 HSP27表达与前列腺癌的分化、转移有关,可作为前列腺癌靶向治疗的分子靶标.
Objective To study the expression of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and the relationship of prostate cancer. Methods 75 cases of prostate cancer were included into this study. The expression of HSP27 in 30 cases of hyperplasia of prostate tissue and 75 cases of prostate carcinoma were analyzed by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the clinical stage and metastasis were analyzed. Results HSP27 positive rate was 23.3% (7/30) in benign prostatic hyperplasia, in prostate cancer was 65.3% (49/75). The expression between the two indexes have significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). HSP27 positive rate in Gleason score is 2 - 4, 5- 7, 8 ~ 10 points were 40.0% ( 10/25 ), 68. 8% (22/32), 94.4% (17/18). HSP27 positive rate between different Gleason scores have significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). HSP27 expres- sion is associated with clinical TNM staging, lymph node and distant metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). HSP27 in lymph node metastatic prostate cancer positive rate was 85.7 % (24/28), which is higher than that of without lymphatic metastasis 51.1% (24/47). HSP27 expression positive rate in a distant metastasis of prostate cancer was 93.8% ( 15/16 ), which is higher than that of without lymphatic metastasis 57.6% ( 34/59 ). Conclu- sion HSP27 expression is associated with the differentiation, metastasis of prostate cancer. The HSP27 expression can be used as molecular targe- ted therapy of targets in prostate cancer.
