摘要
目的探讨肿瘤标志物(TM)糖类抗原153(CA153),糖类抗原199(CA199),糖类抗原125(CA125),铁蛋白(FER)的检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用电化学发光法分别检测乳腺癌、乳腺良性疾病患者和健康对照人群的血清CA153、CA199、CA125、FER的值。结果乳腺癌组显著高于乳腺良性疾病组(P<0.05),良性疾病组略高于健康对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。四项标志物联合检测,敏感度达82.1%。结论 CA153、CA199、CA125、FER联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断有较大的意义。
Objective To discuss the significance of CA153, CA199, CA125 and FER in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods By using the technique of electregenerated chemiluminescence to separately detect serum levels of CA153, CA199, CA 125 and FER in patients with breast cancer or benign breast disease and healthy controls, and their results were compared with each other. Results The serum levels of tumor markers in group of patients with breast cancer were substantially higher than those of patients in group of benign breast disease( P 〈 0.05 ), and the serum levels of tumor markers in benign breast disease group were slightly higher than those of healthy control group. But the difference was net statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05). The sensitivity of combined detection of four tumor markers could be raised up to 82.1%. Conclusion The joint detection of serum levels of CA153, CA199, CA125 and FER has important significance in diagnosis of breast cancer.
